Was Outlook Express set up with a mail account to your ISP?
If so, you can recover the dial-up password (assuming it uses
the same one!)
Get yourself a copy of Revelation 2 from
www.snadboy.com
Unzip it, run the install program, then launch the application
from the start menu.
With the program running, also open Outlook Express. Click
Tools, then Accounts, then click your mail account, and choose
Properties. Click the Servers tab. Your password is there
but blanked out with asterisks.
Drag the 'aiming target' from Revelation over the asterisks in
Outlook Express that cover the password. Revelation will show
the password in plain text.
