dial-up error 732

i was trying to connect to my dial-up internet, sometimes
it connects no problem. but once in a while, i receive an
error 732 "Your computer and the remote computer could
not agree on PPP control protocols" when all of my
configurations are correct. what can be the problem on
this? tnx

In my experience, it's almost always the ISPs fault & you should report it
to them.
