My mother-in law has a Dell desktop PC with XP Home. I've
set her Dial up connection twice, but it shows no icons
for it since installing certain service packs. She has to
bring up Internet Explorer to establish a dial up
connection, then log off of the computer to terminate it.
Has anybody else experienced this problem? Also, could
anybody tell me where the root file for the internet
connection is so that I could go and manually make a
shortcut if necesary? The two computers connected icon
does not show up next to the clock on the task bar either.
