Dial-in page error. Could not prepare property pages because: etc.

I get this error (Dial-in page error. Could not prepare
property pages because: etc.) when I try to manage local
accounts on my machine or a remote machine.
After which mmc crashes and logs (Faulting application
mmc.exe, version 5.1.2600.0, faulting module ntdll.dll,
version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x00033aed.) to the
application log in event viewer. Not devestating but
rather annoying.

Any help would be much appreciated and thank you in
advance.

Receiving same error with "because: etc." being: 'Failure with code 0x80030002'. The only difference is that once I click OK, the message is gone and it allows me to enter the local users area and make modifiactions. This is occuring on all three of our newely installed Windows 2003 web servers.

As you had mentioned, any assistance would be appreciated.
