Dial a contact.

I'm a new user to outlook. Do I need a special phone to use the dial
contact option? How is this set up? Thanks in advance.
 
All the dialer does is dial the number. It has no voice modem support. You
would need a modem with an outboard jack into which you would plug a
standard handset or headset.
