Diabling automatic time sync in Active Directory Domains

Is there any way to disable this feature? And if so, how
would I go about doing it?

You could deny users and computers the right to change time on their local
workstations, but why? If the time on a client varies by more than 5 minutes
from the authenticating DC, logon (kerberos) will fail.
