Diable the Copy function

Most of the time i produce the reports in excel sheet. I wanted to protect my
sheet is such a way that no one should copy the data from my sheet.
Please write how i can disable this fuction to protect my data.

If you have Adobe Acrobat (not just the reader) you can create a document
with these properties that people can view by cannot copy or print.

You can protect the sheet but that password is easy to crack and there are
numerous solutions on how to do that available for anyone "clever" enough to
use a search engine. So there is no way to protect your data from copying

Please elaborate, I have the full Acrobat but don't use it often. What
exactly should I do to create a document in Acrobat that can't be copied?

Jack,

Create the PDF from XL. Then open in Acrobat and change those settings in
Document Security in the File menu. Click on the "Change Settings" button.

It may be possible to do this with distiller (instead of printing to a PDF)
though I haven't had much luck with distiller in XL. (Works great from
Adobe programs though)
