Is there a DHCP scope option to set multiple DNS suffix search order list?
Already have 015 Domain name option but want to add multiple DNS search
list for clients.

Unfortunately not. That's something that needs to be done by a different
method, such as scripting. Check out the link below:

Hi Doug,

You cannot use DHCP to push out a DNS Suffix search list, but you can use
group policy. See 275553 How to Configure a Domain Suffix Search List on
the Domain Name System
