DHCP question

When i am viewing the address leases in my dhcp scope, i
see about 10 addresses that read in the description "This
address is already in use".....is their something is
should do about this?.....

reconcile the scope, or if the IP's in the scope are actually assigned to
other resources, exlude them from the scope.
