DHCP Problem

Suddenly the clients can not obtain IP Address from the
DHCP Server.

The error that I Have in the server (after reboot):
Event ID 1042, Source DHCP Server

It seems that somebody turn on the RIS Service in some
place.

There is some way to know wich server is causing the
problem?
 
RIS shouldn't have anything to do with this. Is this server authorized in
Active Directory?
