Is there any way to configure Windows XP clients to use a prefered DHCP
client?
What about using only VALID AND AUTHORIZED (ex: win2003) DHCPs?
I need to prevent a malicious users from a installing a bogus DHCP server.

Thanks

No. Ian's response, though accurate, does not answer the question. The
answer is that due to the way that DHCP works, it broadcasts a request and
the first server that answers the broadcast gets to assign an address to the
requesting PC. That is designed into the DHCP specification and cannot be
changed.
