DHCP Client

I am unable to start the computer browser (error received
1075) and the dhcp client (error received 1068).

What is happening is I have to have a hard ip address. I
can't use a dhcp assigned one? I can't seem to get this
working.

Win 2000 pro. SP 6

Any ideas?

SP 6 for W2K? Something is not right here.
Got the ms03-039 patch installed? Does the ipconfig/all show that everything
is pointing to the server-IP?

First of all there is not a SP6 for Windows 2000. SP4 is the latest service
pack.
Both the 1075 and 1068 are dependency errors. Check your system event logs
for other services that failed to start.
