Hi guys, when ever I launch any program on my comp I get
a error window, which says. The system has encountered a
problem with DevLdr32.exe. Could any of you help me
resolve this problem.

Cheers, Thanx.

This is a creative soundblaster driver. One of the annoyances of this file
is when you delete it and then reboot, the devldr32.exe magically reappears.
So my recommendation to you is to go to C:\Windows\system32\ devldr32.exe,
right-click file & delete. Reboot computer and a new copy of devldr32.exe
will install, hopefully solving your problem. Just a hunch.

This worked for me:

Basically, you need to replace the Creative file with the file within WinXP.
