You got hit with spyware. Get a scanner such as Spybot, Adaware, or
Microsoft AntiSpyware, boot into safe mode, and run your scan.

That doesn't seem likely.
Run "devmgmt.msc" (no quotes) from your Run > Dialog box and report
back your findings.
