I have had several users ask me what shares a specifc group has access
to. I know this is a vague question but is there ANY way to determine
this without manually looking through all the shares of hundreds of
server?

Thanks,

No, because PERMISSIONS (unlike "rights") are actually
stored on the "objects" in question, e.g., files, shares, printers,
registry entries, AD objects.

You would have to look at every possible resource on every
machine in the forest and all externally "trusting" domains.
