Determing network resource access

Hi,

I want to find out whether some application is trying to access the network
resource like internet (HTTP,SMTP POP,FTP etc etc. -any sort of network
resource usage) or any other network resource like mapped drives,VPN etc.

I want to capture this .



Secondly I want to determine which application is trying to access that
resource.
