Determine if a Folder Exists and if not Create it

Hello All,


I am in the process of creating a Project that will take all messages with a
Particular item in the Subject line from the inbox , and move them to a
folder based upon the item from the subject . I have an issue I need to
overcome.

1) How to determine if the folder does exist before trying to move an item
to the folder . If the folder does not exists How do you create it, so you
can move the item to it. The code works fine so long as the folder exists
the move works perfectly fine.

Could someone please provide a example?
