Determine frequency (number of times) numbers appear in each cell.

I have imported a series of lottery type number groupings to an Excel
spreadsheet. I want to determine how many times each number appears in that
worksheet. Each cell has five two digit numbers that are separated by a
space. I want to either reformat the cells so each number is in it's own
cell or I want to find a way to determine the frequency of each number in
that workgroup. Any thoughts?

Using "Data>Text to Columns" and choosing "Delimated", and "Space" a
delimator should split the values into 5 different cells, you must mak
sure all your values are in 1 column or use the function multiple times
