Detection of crashes

Is it possible to detect when an application crashes, like Watson does?

Mr Tickle,

For something of that nature, you would need some sort of unmanaged code
sitting outside the process. However, if you mean just general exceptions,
then you can place an exception handler around all of your code (or assign
one to the app domain), and then perform any kind of notification or cleanup
there.
