detecting the connecting of a Power-Cable

How can i catch a notification or an event in my application, when the user
is charging the PocketPC. I want to catch the moment when the pocketpc is
connecting to a Power-Cable when it is in standby-mode without push the
power on button. The ppc should wake up when i connecting the Power-Cable.
