Detail section of report - 22" only?

I need more than 22" in the detail section of my report - is there a way
around this limit?

Add more sections or use subreports. I must say though that in (how many years
now?) of using Access I have never needed anywhere near the full 22 inches. Can
you explain what you report's structure is?
