Desperate for help! Visio 2007 and Access 2007 Org chart import

I am trying to import the data from an access 2007 database to create a visio
2007 Org chart. I have done this with another file before so I know it
works. Visio is asking for a .mdb file but the access file is .accbd.

This may be a bit of a "brute force" solution, but could you go back to
Access, and use Save As to create an (earlier) Access .mdb file?

When I do that my database corrupts itself.

I haven't heard of that happening. Have you tried searching on-line in case
others have had a corruption issue w/ Save As in Access 2007?

not for the corruption issue. This link worked a week ago and I had to redo
the link to a new database. It should work.
