Hiya

When my bf right clicks on the desktop and clicks
on "Arrange Icons by" he doesn't get the hereunder options

Show desktop Icons
Lock Web Items on Desktop
Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard.

Any idea why?

tried that.. didn't give me chance to see what was
written... how does this help his problem?
