A guess, but that doesn't look like spyware. I looks like the rights
management info to a video or audio file. My guess, considering the
web site, it was a video file.

Are you using a picture of a pretty girl as your desktop wallpaper by any
chance?
Try changing your wallpaper and see if the text goes away, if it does, then
it is part of the wallpaper image and you have to either live with it or use
an image editing tool to edit the wallpaper and erase the text.
