desktop wallpaper stuck...

Hi,
All of a sudden, when I go to my pictures and click on a pic and go to the
left side to save as background, nothing happens??
I can change it from control panel, but thats it.
HELP!

Click Start, Run and type this command:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
