One of the girls at work inadvertently hit a key that sent her toolbar from
the bottom of the screen to the right hand side of the screen. She wants to
get it back to the bottom of the screen. How do I do this? Thank you. Tracey

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it. Be sure to click *within* it, not
on the edge; clicking on the edge and dragging will resize it

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.

I assume you mean the TASK BAR.

Right click it and make sure it's not locked (no tick by "Lock the task
bar".

Then just click on it somewhere in the middle and drag it with the
mouse. It won't appear to move until the mouse reaches near the bottom
of the screen when it will snap down to the bottom all of a sudden.

thank you so much!! it worked!
