desktop , taskbar icons missing after restarting win 2000 SBS

Hi All ,

I am facing a new problem .We are using Win2000
Small Buiseness Server . Yesterday we restarted server
because it is responding very slow . Then i am able to
login successfully . But desktop , taskbar icons missing .
Only I can see Mouse pointer . Please give me sol as fast
as pollible .

Note: We have not done any registry changes .

Mode I am able to see all icons . Please give me sol as
fast
as pollible .
