Desktop shortcuts

Hello,

I have shortcuts that are appearing on my desktop (i.e.
copy (3) of shortcut...). I delete them but they then
reappear after a reboot. This appears to have started
after copying files from a floppy to CD.

Help and thank-you for any suggestions.

What are they shortcuts to?
