desktop rotated 180 degrees

If you have the latest nVidia drivers then this can
happen. You will have to go into control
panel>display>settings>advanced, select your graphics
hardware tab then NVRotate on the leftmost menu.
 
You can try CTRL+ ALT+UP ARROW
CTRL+ ALT+LEFT ARROW
CTRL+ ALT+DOWN ARROW
CTRL+ ALT+RIGHT ARROW
