Desktop Missing - Guest User

My ADMIN account works fine, but when I log onto a GUEST account all i get is
a blank screen (blank desktop w/ no items or taskbar)? I even built another
user file and I get the same results.

Hi Jay,

Have you found a solution to this problem?
Today the same think happened to me. Last night I turn off my pc and today
all I can do is log on as Administrator only. Every other acount has a blank
screen.
