Desktop Locking Feature

A user's desktop is not locking intermitently. Reconfigured desktop using MS
wallpaper and MS sreensaver and all seems well. We were using Webshots
wallpaper (multiple wallpaper that flips through different pictures) and
Webshots screensaver. We have about 5-10 other Webshot users that don't seem
to have this issue. Webshot configurations do differ on other PC's. Windows
XP SP 2, normally running Outlook 2003 and Blackberry Desktop Redirector 4.1
-- 24/7. Any ideas on a solution other than removing / turning off
Webshots?

Unfortunately, Webshots does not seem to have a lot of online help with
FAQ's or the like, however, their technical support can be reached here:

You also might want to install a newer version of webshots if you already
haven't. Version 2.5.0.5135 is available here:
