Make sure that ie7 is your default broswer.

What about those of use who want to part of IE - because we prefer
Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or any one of the dozen or so other browsers
which are available?

Whatvere is your choice for a browser has to be the default for the
shortcuts to work.
