Desktop icons stuck on desktop

After a reboot the icons on the desktop were moved and were duplicated. After
clicking on one of the 'duplicated' icons i realised that it wasn't an actual
icon, i couldn't click it. The other icon that was the same i could click on,
I tryed refreshing the desktop, nothing. Also, the taskbar was on the left if
that helps at all, though i just moved it back to the bottom.
