desktop icons all have black forground whith white text

its very hard to explain, say when u right click on desktop properties and
desktop tab u have this coloure thing withe many coloures on it when i click
coloure and change it all the desktop icons gets highlited to whatever
coloure i chose

Hi Manz,

Right click My Computer - Properties - Advanced - Performance and put
the check mark in Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop.

You may also need to right click the Desktop - Arrange Icons By and
uncheck Lock Web Items on Desktop.
