Desktop Icon

I removed a program before I removed the Desktop Icon, now I can't get rid of
the Desktop Icon, right clicking / delete brings up a message saying it
can't find the file.

 

[On the Bridge!]

if you press the F5 key to refresh your desktop, is it still there???

Either log out as user or reboot, it should be gone.
