Desktop Heap Allocation Failed

I am using Vista Ultimate. From time to time after surfing the Internet for
a period (~ 2 hours), I will not be able to open new Window or new Tab in
IE7. And I got an error for win32k saying "Desktop Heap Allocation Failed"
in the Event Log. The only way could help is perform a reboot.

I find a XP version explaining the problem in the following link:
http://blogs.msdn.com/ntdebugging/archive/2007/01/04/desktop-heap-overview.aspx
However I can't find any case for Vista. The metioned tools - Dheapmon
cannot run in Vista as well.

Did anyone meet the same problem? Is there a Vista solution? Is it a bug for
IE7? Thank you for your answer.
