Desktop Faxing

I need to send a report from an Access Database by using Right Fax. When I
select snapshot format I receive an error that states, Imaging Error
Encountered, Fax abandoned.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there a way I can fax my reports
without losing my formatting?
