I can't change my desktop display. It's frozen. My girls did someting on my
computer and picture on my desktop disappeared. I went to control panel;
display; desktop and tried to put my picture back up but it won't let me pick
any picture. The browse button isn't even highlighted. I can't select it.
Do I need to reinstall windows??
