desktop background

I want to get rid of a photo I accidentally made my background.
Checked help & support and I do not have a tab for desktop or background
in DISPLAY in control panel. Can't restore to an earlier point no
matter what I do. Tried to create a new theme but that doesn't work
either. Please help! LL

If you try to right click on the desktop and select 'properties' and
then 'background' that does not work?

Excuse me, that should be 'desktop' not 'background.

Line 285 Right hand side - restore display tabs.
