When I change the background of my computer and choose to have the image
centered, the image is centered (left and right) but it is at the top of the
screen, instead of centered (top and bottom). How do I change it so the
image is centered and in the middle of the screen, both left and right and
top and bottom?

Jeff,

Looks like there is a blank space in the image itself. Have you tried editing it with Paint? If not, use my utility "Wallpaper Positioner" available at: http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/wallpaperpos.htm
