desire automatic security setting

The Security Information dialog box that comes up saying "This page contains
both secure and nonsecure items."
"Do you want to display the nonsecure items?" is a bother to answer each
time it appears.

Is there a way I can set this to be a standard NO or YES answer so I don't
have to see the warning each time?
