Annoying "Security Information" popup

Sometimes when I sign out of a webpage (like logging out of Yahoo mail) I get
a popup saying

This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display
the nonsecure items.

What setting can I change so this does not appear?

In IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Security tab, click the Internet Zone
to highlight, click Custom button - scroll down to "Display mixed content"
and select Enable (less secure) or Disable (more secure).
