Designing W2 Report in Access

What would be the best way to setup/reate a W2 report that
prints on a pre-printed W2 form (Employer Copy). One
sheet/page has 2 W2 forms on it, each form would print a
different employee, thus 2 employees per page. Obviously,
everything has to line up perfectly.
 
I would use a lot of trial and error on plain paper and hold the sheets up
to a bright window to check the alignment. You can set the detail section to
the same height as a single W2.
