Designing Forms

I want to design a form using some of the information, in a certain design,
but need to keep each record on a seperate page, preferably into a word
document, but do not need to email them.

Is this possible, or do I need to use a different format

A project starts with a clear definition of the objectives. Yours is
not yet clear enough for others to understand. I'm not even sure this
is a question about Microsoft Access, the topic of this newsgroup.
