Designing form

Can anyone tell me please how to design a form with a sufform, and the
subforn don't have or show the record and the filter and the search at the
bottom of the subform?
If anyone has seen the microsoft template for book collection, the books
form on the book collection is what I am referring to.

Open the form used as the subform in design view, double click, scroll down
and select properties.
Click the All tab at top and scroll down to Navigation Buttons - select No.
