hiii dear friends i am going to tacle my experience certificate with u people
i am going to write draft one . any changes or polite and good wording will
be appreciated.

To whom it may Concern.

it is scertified that Sam have served this travel agency since 12-dec-2003.
he have designed a software in MS Access and he is opertating that
software.the software benifts travel agency to organize our database in a
good form that can be retrieved , edited,updated ,deleted etc with Action
Query.
furthermore Reports , Pivot table ,charts are resented in such a organized
way which are so easy to understand and ready for final decision by boss in
seconds.

He possessed good knowledge of his job.

We wish him good luck in his future assignments

This is not the newsgroup for editing and polishing Letters of any kind. In
fact, unless there happens to be a Microsoft Word template for that type of
letter, you are unlikely to find an appropriate newsgroup via the Microsoft
only UI. Your best bet would be to search and find a USENET newsgroup on
business writing. If you don't have a news provider, and your ISP does not
have USENET service, try: http://www.groups-google.com.

An English-language spelling and grammar checker, however, as is found it
Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office products, would be a good "first
start". When you are writing something for an endorsement, neatness _does_
count.

The subject of this newsgroup is Microsoft Access database software, but it
is easy to be misdirected here using the online interface. Good luck in
finding an appropriate venue. Oh... some people don't particularly "like"
pivot tables and pivot charts but I don't know anyone who "resents" them;
most people are content to say, "use 'em if you like 'em."
