Design View

I've been trying to view my .aspx pages in Design View, but I'm unable to
find where to activate the tabs that allow you to toggle between HTML and
Design View. Please Help!

Are you sure you are editing an .aspx file?
Maybe if it has another extension the IDE does not recognize what kind of
file it's
