design changes in runtime!!!

Hi,

why when I design everything in design time (IDE) including the size and
location, then when i run the program everything looks different!!!the
size, location, etc is totally changed!!!please help...

note: I am using a localized application, Arabic, Right to Left.

Are you sure that your app loads the arabic settings?
Maybe it displays the form with another language.

yes I am sure.. I changed the localized to true and language to Arabic.

but I am just assuming this is the reason for the form change.. I am not
sure if it was because of any other reason..
