Desactivating Firewall-1

Can someone help in a issue?
I´m not capable of desactivating the firewall-1 that
appears me when im trying to install the VPN securemote.
It says that:
-SEVERE,you can not install the securemote without first
disable the firewall-1

To deactivate the Windows Firewall in XP do the following: click 'Start',
then 'Run', type "ncpa.cpl" (no quotes) and hit Enter, right-click the
connection you are currently using, choose 'Properties', then go to the
'Advanced' tab and uncheck the 'Protect my computer and network by limiting
or preventing access to this computer from the Internet' option.

Can someone help in a issue?
