Yes you can. Look under the build menu for Deploy solution. You can also
just start running your application from with VS.NET, it will automatically
deploy to the selected device. If the .NET CF is not yet deployed on the
device VS.NET will do so prior to deploying and launching your application.
I don't know if this will help you, but I found it extremely useful to build
an application that opens up IE to a specific URL that has all my update cab
files. If you have a mobile device connected to the internet, or even just
an internal PC running IIS its much easier than docking each handheld
individually.
